See how your measurements translate into an estimated 3D body silhouette — without uploading a photo.
Open the free Body Visualizer →
Body Visualizer is a free online tool that creates an interactive, estimated 3D silhouette from the measurements you enter. You can start with only height and weight, then add chest or bust, waist, hips, shoulder width, inseam, or an optional body-fat estimate to explore proportions in more detail.
Unlike a photo editor or a body scanner, the tool does not try to reconstruct your exact appearance. It uses a simplified reference model to help you understand how entered measurements affect a visual shape.
You can use it to explore body proportions, compare different measurement scenarios, and understand why a single number such as BMI does not describe someone's complete body shape.
1. Open the 3D tool
Go to body-visualizer.net. The core visualizer is free to use without signing up or installing an application.
2. Choose a reference model and units
Select Female or Male, then choose Metric or Imperial. Check the units before entering numbers, especially when switching between centimeters and inches or kilograms and pounds.
3. Enter height and weight
These two values create the initial estimated silhouette. They also allow the tool to calculate BMI as a height-to-weight reference.
4. Add optional measurements
Open Advanced Measurements if you know your chest or bust, waist, hips, inseam, or shoulder width. Entering consistent measurements gives the model more information about proportions, although it will still be an estimate.
5. Explore the 3D preview
Drag to rotate the model and scroll to zoom. View it from more than one angle, and change one input at a time to see which part of the outline responds.
6. Compare a goal scenario, if useful
Turn on Goal Comparison and enter target values. Treat the second silhouette as a visual what-if scenario, not a promise of what your body will look like in the future.
